king11 Terms and Conditions

SECTION 1
1. General Provisions

king11 is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, slots, live casino and Teen Patti along with various other entertainment gaming services for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between king11 and its users ("Members" or "you").

These Terms apply to the king11 website, mobile application and all related services. king11's privacy policy, responsible gaming policy and any applicable special promotional terms shall be considered an integral part of these general terms and conditions.

king11 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the website. Continuing to use the platform will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on king11 and use its services, you must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 21 and above. king11 may request identity documents or supporting proof for age verification at any time.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To open an account on king11, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You will provide your own accurate and complete information.
• You may open only one account.
• You will manage the account yourself and will not allow anyone else to use it.
• You agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

king11 may initiate an identity verification process at any time. Members may be required to submit a copy of their National Identity Card (NID), passport or driving licence. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until KYC verification is complete.

3. Account Management

Each member may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and if discovered, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials, password and all account security details safe. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, notify the king11 support team immediately. Sharing or allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited.

3.2 Updating Information

If any of your personal details change (phone number, email, payment method), update your account settings immediately or contact support. king11 is not responsible for any delayed or failed transactions resulting from incorrect information.

4. Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit

Approved deposit methods on king11 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). Deposits are generally reflected in the account instantly. king11 does not charge any additional fee on deposits, however the payment provider's own fees may apply.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests from successfully verified accounts are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.

• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be limited if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
• king11 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawals are always processed according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the king11 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

king11 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. Each bonus has its own specific terms which must be read carefully before acceptance.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. After accepting this bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once, not multiple times.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• king11 reserves the right to modify, cancel or suspend any bonus.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If fraud or misuse of the bonus programme is proven, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• Bonus offers are valid for a specified period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.

5.3 VIP Programme

king11's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits increase as you advance to higher tiers. Each tier has its own benefits and applicable terms, which are subject to change.

SECTION 6
6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The king11 platform offers cricket betting (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments), slots, live casino, Teen Patti and other games. Fair play principles are followed across all games.

6.1 Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• king11 reserves the right to void winnings obtained from incorrect odds resulting from a system error.
• If an event is cancelled, the full stake is refunded.

6.2 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, which are detailed on the relevant game page. It is the member's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before playing. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the game provider's server data will be considered final.

SECTION 7
7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the king11 platform:

• Conducting gaming through fraud, manipulation or any dishonest means.
• Playing games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
• Intentionally exploiting vulnerabilities or errors in king11's systems or software.
• Placing bets on behalf of or in the name of a third party.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct towards platform staff.

If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be permanently closed, all balances and winnings will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

SECTION 8
8. Intellectual Property

All content on the king11 platform — including logos, brand names, designs, graphics, software and other materials — is protected under king11's intellectual property rights. Reproducing, distributing or using these materials without written permission is prohibited.

SECTION 9
9. Limitation of Liability

king11 is not liable for the following:

• Bets or games lost due to internet disconnection.
• Losses resulting from a member's own negligence or provision of incorrect information.
• Delays or technical issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or unforeseeable circumstances.
• Cyber attacks or account hacking by others, where caused by the member's own negligence.

Gaming is inherently a risky activity. There is always a possibility of losing any amount of money. Members use the platform with full awareness and acceptance of this risk.

SECTION 10
10. Account Suspension and Closure

king11 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• KYC verification failed or incomplete.
• For security reasons.

Members may also request closure of their account at any time by notifying the king11 support team. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.

11. Responsible Gaming

king11 firmly believes in responsible gaming. We encourage our members to enjoy games for entertainment purposes and within their own means.

• Do not bet more than you can afford to lose.
• Do not bet out of emotion or to recover money you have lost.
• Never treat gaming as a source of income.
• Use king11's self-exclusion or deposit limit features if needed.
